I am keeping my food log on the AP on my ipod more convenient than signing into this site with every meal. Sometimes I'm not near a computer and I don't have a smart phone. I had 1 egg beater on whole wheat toast with half a wedge of laughing cow cheese. It was pretty good and kept me feeling full until lunch time.

I tried entering my foods onto this site but it wants so much information that I don't have it is not possible to log everything. I cook at home most of the time and not everything has a lable.
