Hi JeannieFrank - Saw that you put failed for walking. Remember this does not have to be for an hour or even 15 minutes - just that you get out of the chair, actually don't even sit down in the chair because once you are there the night is lost, and walk for whatever you have time for, even if it is 5 minutes. The idea of this mini challenge is to get you in the mode to exercise, see a few results, and walking is one of the best stress relievers. I don't know about you but I know what I do when I am stressed - I eat. Good luck.
