Here are my #'s for day 1. Weight 195, Bust 43", Waist 35", Hips, 44.5", L thigh 26.5", R thigh 27.5", L arm 14", R arm 14.5". My goal for the next 12 weeks is to loose 2lbs a week to total 24lbs.
