Made fresh bread for the family last night...took all my will power to avoid "nibbling" (which we all know would have probably ended in eating a whole bun...lol)And I am so proud of myself!!! My scale this morning awarded me this morning :D

My kids had a Hockey Tournament this weekend, so I was away from Home...I did take along a lunch for myself. Tried to keep on track, but epic fail on my part. Hopefully it just means I stumbled and got the cravings out of my system, but I guess we'll see. I am back on track today...my salad for lunch completely hit the spot!! :D And I'm starting my walks today, so hopefully I can avoid having any more weekends of junk. Plus Hockey is almost over, so that should help too...:D Hope everyone else's weekend had better results than mine!!
