A place to provide support and encouragement...
Ran 18 miles this morning as part of my London marathon training. I should be thin but I'm not that's why I'm doing the challenge. My excess weight is like a thin person running but carrying a small child. Good News is I can eat a bit more today as I used about 2500 calories in exercise. Very pleased I'm feeling so focused. Keep it up everyone.
