Hunkan's Jog / Run 200 miles before Christmas Wall

I measure mine in KMs but did 4k today, which i think is 2.5miles

managed 2k before a circuit to day, brings total to 6k = 3.7miles

3.2km, 2miles today good start to the week!! = 13.4km = 8.3miles Only 191.7 miles to go!! I know have to run 21.3 miles a week to make it!!! Going to have to start training twice a day!!
