Monday: 8.165 miles(5.165 walking/jogging, 3 miles on Expresso bike), Tues: 1.959 miles(20 mins jogging outside), Wednesday: 7.59(4.59 walking/joggin on treadmill, 3 miles on Expresso Bike) Total so far=57.714!!!More than half way there!
