Working on getting the proper amount of fiber in my diet. Day 1 went cheers to Day 2...with 8-9g in the bank so far :-D

Tough trying to eat well while on a mini-vacation, but I think I did okay. The fiber was the hardest part to get in...good thing I brought a few Fiber One Bars with me :-)
