Teresa F's 7lbs off in month of January Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
started yesterday- drank more water (40oz), took a good brisk walk with my honey (35 min, lots of hills!), ate pretty well, and laughed alot! surprised that the scale showed a little gain, oh well, i feel good!
