I've been trying to lose weight for so long now and I felt a bit fed up and ate what I felt like last week - result= my weight went up by 2lbs and down 1lb so I've put a pound on. So back to cooking more stuff for the freezer and making the pickles and jams with the stuff from the allotment.

This is a new week, keep up the good work. I'm new, so motivated at the moment. One of my tricks is to bribe myself with rewards/treats. Tonight, I'm going to have a home spa (face pack and paint my nails).
