Mini Challenge - Drink more water, Exercise at least 20 mins a day, Smile More
"I've been much better behaved than December but my weight has only changed by .8 lbs! I've upped my cardio, I'm running at a faster pace, I'm maintaining roughly 1350 calories a day, and I'm using the weight machines at the gym more often and still no luck. Also, despite my weight loss my hips remain the same size (in inches) that they were in October. I know that is the last place to go but it is very frustrating.
Despite all of this, I'm pleased that I've been able to maintain my routine of working out every morning before work! 3 months and counting of consistent workouts! WOO HOO!"
