This is my first challenge, so hopefully I'm doing this right! :) I'm gearing up to start on Monday- really looking forward to it!! I really like the idea of putting up a 'before' pic, and I'm going to do that too! For my diet, I'm going to keep doing the South Beach diet, phase 1, because my hypoglycemia is helped the most on very low carb. I'm going to keep the calories below 1200 a day. And of course, going to follow the exercise challenges. Hoping for a ten pound drop at the end of this. Let's share our individual goals and methods as we begin this journey towards self-improvement and we can motivate each other towards our own personal greatness! I like this quote: “Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us.” -Wilma Rudolph quotes (First American woman Runner to win three gold medals at a single Olympics. 1940-1994)
