I'm doing the 200 sit up challenge on Tues, Thurs, and Sat/or Sunday! I already do circuit training Mon, Wed, Friday ;-)! So I start today! Good luck to all!!!! You can do it! I can do 100 sit ups in a row as on yesterday 8/22/11....200 here we go!
