Week one was not too bad - have been on induction before and like the challenge of avoiding starchy foods (before I get bored with food selection). The first week weight seems to melt off, but it always slows down. Have to be good going into week 2 - keep up exercise with busy schedule, no alchohol, no sneaking sweets!
