Men are always ready to give up beer and their favorite foods... Yeah, right! There's a solution for guys who want to lose weight, but find a hard time doing it – try the "Flat Belly Diet For Men!" that comes just in time for the New Year’s resolution. Until you buy the book, here's one if its recipes- Almond, Blueberry and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, four servings: Ingredients * 1/2 cup of slivered almonds, toasted; * 2 cups of old-fashioned oats; * 4 cups of 1% milk; * 1 cup of fresh blueberries; * 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract; * 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg; * 3 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar; * 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
