Additional Description/Notes:
This is for the sacred heart receipe as I made it. I followed the 10 year old basic receipe, no cabbage, alternative vegetables. And, in this receipe, I added no extra water. If you add water to the soup then you will have lower numbers. I posted the sacred heart receipe that I followed in the diet section under Sacred Heart Hospital Soup. Although - it is important to note that there is no evidence that a doctor took part in making this diet plan.
