Additional Description/Notes:
Combine 2 tbsp of almond meal and 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder; add 1/4 tsp baking powder, and spices if desired. Stir well.
Add baking Splenda powder(about 1 tbsp).
Mix together 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree or unsweetened apple sauce with 2 tbsp of egg white (or egg substitute); add dash of vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry, and mix together thoroughly.
Add additional sweetened if desired.
Microwave - 2 minutes was perfect.
Very yummy.
