1 pot Yogurt, low or 0 fat
200ml 1% milk
1 Banana
1 scoop Whey powder
4 or 5 ice cubes

Blended in to smoothie

Put the milk and yogurt in first then the whey powder, drop the banana on top and leave for 30 seconds to soak the whey before blending.

Stores well in a wide necked bottle but shake it up before opening if left to store till dinner.
