i don't get it, yesterday i only ate fruit, went to dance class 1hour and i didn't even lose a gram :( oh maybe the non fat fruit yoghurt i ate @10.30 ...

Dammit, i started all good with only unseeded grapes and hot cocoa, n my sister came along by lunchtime with french bread...and it has been now 5days i ...
