Fat: 126.27g | Prot: 158.11g | Carb: 288.44g.   Breakfast:  milk, cheese, bread, oat meal, banana. Lunch:  thin pizza, almond, commensal, orange, apple, oh yeah. Dinner:  Crab, Mayonnaise, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Buttered Air Popped Popcorn.
