Fat: 55.69g | Prot: 45.89g | Carb: 195.83g.   Breakfast:  Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Orange Juice with Calcium Added (Bottled or in a Carton, Canned). Lunch:  Bananas, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Tortilla Chips, Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola Coco-Cola Classic (12 oz), Trader Joe's Sea Salt Bagel Chips.
