Fat: 62.38g | Prot: 156.42g | Carb: 71.41g.   Breakfast:  Water, One A Day VitaCraves Gummies, Dempster's Whole Grains Tortillas, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Tomatoes, Kirkland Signature Extra Lean Sliced Ham, Red Onions. Lunch:  Clover Leaf Seafoods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Red Onions, French's Classic Yellow Mustard, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce. Dinner:  Meat Loaf, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Chicken Nuggets. Snacks/Other:  CVS Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Water, Water.
