Lunch:  Clover Leaf Seafoods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Cucumber (with Peel), French's Classic Yellow Mustard, Lettuce, Red Onions. Dinner:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Chicken Nuggets, Meat Loaf. Snacks/Other:  CVS Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Water, Water.
