Fat: 59.14g | Prot: 70.06g | Carb: 197.84g.   Breakfast:  Brown Bread, America's Choice Natural Walnuts, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Archer Farms Raw Almonds Unsalted. Lunch:  Hard-Boiled Egg, Egg White, Oranges, Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Signature Dressing, Kraft Garden Vegetable Chopped Salad, Lime Juice, Low Fat Milk, Bananas. Dinner:  Chapati, Cooked Vegetables (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Lentils, Laura Secord Extreme Dark Chocolate Bar - 85% Cocoa. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, 2% Fat Milk, Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky.
