Fat: 57.23g | Prot: 145.33g | Carb: 144.55g.   Breakfast:  VPX Zero Carb SRO, Goya Ripe Plantains (Platanos Maduros), Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Cantaloupe Melons, Kroger Lactose Free 2% Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Cooked Salmon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Fresh Lime Juice, Mashed Potato, Parsley, Parsley (Dried), Oregano, Young Green Onions, Sea Salt. Dinner:  Cooked Tuna, Tomatoes, Green Peas, Cooked Carrots, Cantaloupe Melons, Plain Yogurt (Skim Milk). Snacks/Other:  Kroger Lactose Free 2% Reduced Fat Milk, VPX Zero Carb SRO, Peanuts.
