Fat: 73.54g | Prot: 78.34g | Carb: 261.55g.   Breakfast:  blueberry pancake, butter, egg beaters, Pancake Syrup, rye toast. Lunch:  cream filled long john, jumbo shell. Dinner:  Butter, Cheese and Spinach Filled Stuffed Shells, Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Multigrain Bread. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy, DQ Sheet Cake.
