Fat: 73.54g | Prot: 78.34g | Carb: 261.55g.   Breakfast:  butter, rye toast, blueberry pancake, Pancake Syrup, egg beaters. Lunch:  cream filled long john, jumbo shell. Dinner:  Cheese and Spinach Filled Stuffed Shells, Multigrain Bread, Butter, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Italian Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  DQ Sheet Cake, Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy.
