Fat: 36.55g | Prot: 104.02g | Carb: 162.73g.   Breakfast:  celery, kale, eggland's best large egg, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper. Lunch:  cottage cheese, pineapple chunks, Everything but lettuce salad, carrots. Dinner:  ragu, sabatino's smoked mozzarella with artichokes, broccoli, Cannellini Beans. Snacks/Other:  tea, Air Popped White Popcorn.
