Fat: 53.91g | Prot: 70.56g | Carb: 125.75g.   Breakfast:  avacado, kale, scrambled egg. Lunch:  cucumber, fage greek yogurt, ragu, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage, Whole Wheat Penne Pasta. Dinner:  baked potato, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Prime Grade), coconut oil, Mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  apple, colby jack cheese.
