Fat: 81.21g | Prot: 102.36g | Carb: 153.89g.   Breakfast:  Food Club American Cheese, Pepperidge Farm Jewish Rye Bread with Caraway Seeds, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Lunch:  Kraft Singles 2% Milk American Cheese Slices, Mayonnaise, Meat Loaf, White Bread. Dinner:  butter lett, Kraft Blue Cheese Crumbles, Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Nate's Savory Mushroom Meatless Meatballs, Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Horizon Organic 2% Organic Reduced Fat Milk, Kellogg's Special K 90 Calorie Bar.
