Fat: 47.31g | Prot: 91.40g | Carb: 150.82g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Spinach , Mixed Pepper Strips, Whole Wheat Bread, Sardines in Oil (Canned). Lunch:  Greek Salad, Mahi Mahi Fillets. Dinner:  Indian Inspired Samosas, Pindi Chana Chick Peas Curry, Rice Pudding.
