Lunch:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Turkey Sausage, Chopped Ham, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Spinach, Coffee with Cream, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Ground Beef (Cooked), Chicken Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), Green Tomato Chile Sauce (Salsa Verde), Sour Cream, Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Grapes.
