Lunch:  Chopped Ham, Coffee with Cream, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Spinach, Turkey Sausage. Dinner:  Chicken Meat (Roasting, Roasted, Cooked), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Cream Cheese, Green Tomato Chile Sauce (Salsa Verde), Ground Beef (Cooked), Sour Cream, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other:  Grapes.
