Lunch:  Black Bean Sauce, Chinese Broccoli (Cooked), Chow Fun Rice Noodles, Meat Filled Dumpling, Oyster Sauce, Pork Spareribs (Whole), Pork, Tofu and Vegetables in Soy-Based Sauce (Mixture), Seafood Soup with Vegetables. Dinner:  Cobb Salad with Dressing, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Venus Chinese Style Sweet Sausage.
