Lunch:  Pork Spareribs (Whole), Chow Fun Rice Noodles, Meat Filled Dumpling, Pork, Tofu and Vegetables in Soy-Based Sauce (Mixture), Chinese Broccoli (Cooked), Seafood Soup with Vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Black Bean Sauce. Dinner:  Unsweetened Iced Tea, Venus Chinese Style Sweet Sausage, Cobb Salad with Dressing, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener. Snacks/Other:  Stew Leonard's No Sugar Added Fat Free Frozen Vanilla Yogurt, Lowfat Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Yogurt (Flavors Other Than Chocolate).
