Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Buffalo style chicken breast deli, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Light Canola Mayonnaise, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pasta Puttanesca Meal. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Olive Oil, Pasta Puttanesca Meal, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Toasted Garlic Bread.
