Lunch:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Pasta Puttanesca Meal, Buffalo style chicken breast deli, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Light Canola Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Pasta Puttanesca Meal, Toasted Garlic Bread, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Olive Oil.
