I am feeling discouraged again. Weight loss has slowed to a crawl again even after I have been swimming a ton. I need to get over the pitty party.

Fat: 104.44g | Prot: 90.09g | Carb: 32.63g.   Breakfast:  Spinach Artichoke Tart. Lunch:  Thin Crust Pizza, Chocolate Cake Donuts. Dinner:  Ground Beef (Cooked), Colby Jack Cheese, Cucumber (Peeled), Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Kroger Classic Mayo. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar, Utz Pork Cracklins.
