Lunch:  Whole Foods Market Roasted Tomato Basil Soup, Whole Foods Market Crostini, Arnold Artisan Ovens Original Flatbread, Trader Joe's Artichoke Antipasto, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Olive Oil. Dinner:  Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Kwik Trip White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies.
