Fat: 70.19g | Prot: 61.19g | Carb: 126.54g.   Breakfast:  Hand Made Style Yellow Corn Tortillas, Weight watchers double cheddar cheese. Lunch:  Blue Crab Cake Hoagie, Clam Chowder (Bowl). Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), White Meat Chicken Egg Rolls, White Rice.
