Fat: 30.58g | Prot: 99.75g | Carb: 156.87g.   Breakfast:  80 Calorie Cereal - Chocolate, Egg White , Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lower Sodium Turkey Bacon with Sea Salt, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , weight watchers shredded cheese. Lunch:  45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread, Cajun Style Chicken Breast, Pepper Jack Cheese, Yellow Mustard . Dinner:  Baby Carrots , Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Orange Sauce, Sweet Potato Fries. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie, Fuji Apples, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate.
