Lunch:  Greek Salad, Feta Cheese, Grilled Chicken, Sugar Wafer Cookie, Pita Bread. Dinner:  Cooked Egg White, Corn, Parsley, Cherry Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cheddar Cheese, Corn Tortilla, Meatless Spinach Quiche, Fat Free Yogurt, Sugar Wafer Cookie, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk.
