Fat: 74.43g | Prot: 109.12g | Carb: 148.03g.   Breakfast:  Starbucks Skinny Caramel Macchiato (Grande), Starbucks Turkey & Swiss Sandwich. Lunch:  Pita Bread, Abraham's Hummos, Grilled Chicken. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Olive Oil, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Egg, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Pink Lady Apples, Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), Wegmans Watermelon, Calavo Avocado, 365 Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter.
