Fat: 66.43g | Prot: 56.30g | Carb: 292.18g.   Breakfast:  Maple Syrup, Whole Wheat Pancakes. Lunch:  Cheese Empanadas, Country Style Pork Sausage, White Rice. Dinner:  Black Beans, Enchilada with Chicken and Beans in Tomato-Based Sauce, Spanish Rice. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Cream Filled Raisin Sandwich Cookie, Ginger Snap Cookies, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins).
