Fat: 61.49g | Prot: 85.75g | Carb: 235.98g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Egg, White American Cheese. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Pico De Gallo (Mild), Boiled Egg, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers) . Dinner:  Complete Meals Classic Meatloaf. Snacks/Other:  Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolate Caramel, Pumpkin Bread, Genuine Draft 64, Caramels, Spinach and Artichoke Hummus, Pita Bread.
