Lunch:  Natural Almond Butter - Classic, 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread, Bananas, body fortress, almond coconut milk. Dinner:  boiled egg, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, salsa, grape tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, plum, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, banana, almond milk.
