Lunch:  45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread, almond coconut milk, Bananas, body fortress, Natural Almond Butter - Classic. Dinner:  boiled egg, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, romaine lettuce, salsa. Snacks/Other:  almond milk, banana, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, plum, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate.
