Fat: 26.69g | Prot: 112.85g | Carb: 221.36g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, cherries, coffee, international delight, Pineapple Pleasure Smoothie (20 oz). Lunch:  Black Beans, cucumbers, Light Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, silk almond milk, tomato, Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate. Dinner:  black beans, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, spinach, tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almond milk, Bananas, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, pineapple, strawberries, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate.
