Fat: 26.69g | Prot: 112.85g | Carb: 221.36g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Pleasure Smoothie (20 oz), international delight, coffee, cherries, boiled egg. Lunch:  Black Beans, Romaine Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, Light Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing, Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate, silk almond milk. Dinner:  spinach, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, black beans, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other:  pineapple, strawberries, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, almond milk, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Bananas.
