Fat: 23.37g | Prot: 93.21g | Carb: 222.19g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Pineapple Pleasure Smoothie (20 oz). Lunch:  Black Beans, Romaine Lettuce, silk almond milk, spinach, Tomatoes, Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate. Dinner:  black beans, boiled egg, Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, romaine lettuce, spinach. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, cherries, melon, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, pear, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, thin mints.
