Lunch:  Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Light Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing, Black Beans, silk almond milk, Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate. Dinner:  romaine lettuce, black beans, heb light balsalmic vinaigrette, boiled egg, orange bell pepper. Snacks/Other:  Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Navels Oranges, Bananas, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate, Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk.
