Fat: 27.95g | Prot: 100.05g | Carb: 252.21g.   Breakfast:  Blimey Limey with Splenda Smoothie, Boiled Egg, cajun seasoning, Fuji Apples. Lunch:  Black Beans, Light Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, silk almond milk, Tomatoes, Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate. Dinner:  black beans, boiled egg, heb light balsalmic vinaigrette, orange bell pepper, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Navels Oranges, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Blueberry, Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate.
