Fat: 36.48g | Prot: 108.41g | Carb: 115.28g.   Breakfast:  Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated), 2% Fat Milk, Skinless Chicken Breast, Ryvita Sesame Rye Crispbread, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Scallions or Spring Onions. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Pickled Beets, Egg. Dinner:  Turkey Breast Meat, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Kirkland Signature Artichoke Hearts in Oil. Snacks/Other:  Shrimp, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Nairn's Oat Cake, Muller Muller light fat free yoghurt, Grapes, Raspberries, Honeydew Melons.
