Fat: 36.48g | Prot: 108.41g | Carb: 115.28g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Ryvita Sesame Rye Crispbread, Scallions or Spring Onions, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated). Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Egg, Pickled Beets. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Kirkland Signature Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Honeydew Melons, Muller Muller light fat free yoghurt, Nairn's Oat Cake, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Raspberries, Shrimp.
