Fat: 37.98g | Prot: 123.06g | Carb: 139.62g.   Breakfast:  Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Skinless Chicken Breast, Ryvita Sesame Rye Crispbread, Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated), 2% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Salmon, Lettuce, Mixed Salad Greens, Bell Peppers, Artichoke Hearts in Oil. Snacks/Other:  Prawns, Asda Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Il Vicino Seafood sticks, Muller Muller light fat free yoghurt, Satsuma, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Kiwi Fruit.
