Fat: 37.98g | Prot: 123.06g | Carb: 139.62g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Ryvita Sesame Rye Crispbread, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated). Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Bell Peppers, Lettuce, Mixed Salad Greens, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Asda Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Il Vicino Seafood sticks, Kiwi Fruit, Muller Muller light fat free yoghurt, Prawns, Satsuma.
