Fat: 35.10g | Prot: 113.70g | Carb: 106.28g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Cream Cheese (Low Fat), Ryvita Sesame Rye Crispbread, Scallions or Spring Onions, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Red Tomatoes (Canned), Scallions or Spring Onions. Snacks/Other:  Cooked Lentils, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Green Tea, Prawns, Satsuma, Water.
