Lunch:  Quest Banana Nut Muffin Natural Protein Bar, Natural Cheese, O Organics Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Beef Brisket. Dinner:  Beef Brisket (Whole, Lean Only), Broccoli, Great Value Alfredo Sauce, Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Olive Oil, Miracle Noodle Black Shiritaki Pasta, Grape Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded).
