Fat: 70.64g | Prot: 115.98g | Carb: 133.33g.   Breakfast:  HEB Cantaloupe Chunks. Lunch:  TGI Friday's Plain French Fries, Cheesecake Factory Crab Cakes, Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp. Dinner:  Tortilla Corn Chips, Guacamole with Tomatoes, White Sauce, Red Lobster Barramundi (Half Portion), Yellow Summer Squash. Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.
