Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Salmon, Great Value Fancy Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Tap Water, Vodka.
